If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies

Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. (Akismet) and user visit data anonymously collected is processed by Google.
Why We Refuse Hard Age Gates
Age Gates or Biometric ID Verification are ineffective at combating underage use of adult media materials particularly those non pornographic. Therefore our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service dictates that USERS ARE LIABLE FOR THEIR VISITATION TO THIS SITE AND FOLLOWING STATE OR LOCAL RESTRICTIONS.
We are an independent studio. We cannot afford, nor do we have the time to deal with a patchwork of different laws for different nations, states, and even municipalities. Therefore we once again shift responsibility to the users household or network manager.
A VPN can easily circumvent any and all of these laws by locating the user to a non required region, thereby completely defeating the law
We have never supported draconian law like this and we will not bend to it either. We will if needed enter litigation to keep our archive PUBLIC for cultural artistic and literary reasons.
An 8 year old can walk into a public library and read Kama Sutra or 50 shades of gray and nobody can stop them because they have a library card and we have The First Amendment.
I will not stoop so low as to funnel my money into a government sponsored ‘verifier’ especially considering all content on this site is as free as a public library with a few donation jars among the hallways.
If you have a problem with it, I’LL SEE YOUR ASS IN COURT!!!
We Stand with The Electronic Frontier Foundation (Go EFF.org yourself if you think otherwise and don’t ever come back)
PROHIBITED VISITORS
If you are under the age of 16 without direct parental approval, you are a PROHIBITED VISITOR AND MUST LEAVE

I don’t control the laws or the rules, don’t like my rules, take it up with Washington D.C. I have to cover my ass enough to be federally
If your state has an ID required law YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THIS WEBSITE AND MUST LEAVE.
Texas, you especially, y’all can kiss my hairy ass with your draconian theocracy.
Honor Rule: If you live in an ID Required State, I don’t know if you do, I have no reasonable inexpensive way of ascertaining if you are using a VPN or not, I have no reasonable way to verify your age without exposing private information in a way that would breach trust and law, therefore I am not collecting ID related information. You alone are responsible for compliance with your localities law
